ZE:A, U-Kiss and Super Junior-M make it to the weekly Oricon Album Top 10; SHINee and JUNO takes 6th and 15th place on single’s chart
This week was a quiet week for Kpop in Japan, seeing as only SHINee released a new single at the beginning of the week. But with the competition of various new releases from other Japanese artists, SHINee wasn’t able to maintain their first position, and their single “Juliette” dropped to 6th place on today’s daily charts.
JYJ Junsu’s twin JUNO took the 15th spot with his debut Japanese single “Fate,” which was released on August 31st.
While no new Korean’s artist Japanese singles were found in the top 10 of the singles weekly chart, a few albums were revealed to have made it into the top 10.
Super Junior-M took 5th place with 16,071 copies of the Japanese edition of their mini album “Perfection”sold, while ZE:A maintained close in 6th place selling 15,375 copies of “Watch Out!” last week. U-Kiss‘ “Bran New Kiss” took 7th place with 13,012 copies sold. Smash’s first Japanese album “AIR SM☆SH 1″ can be seen in 21st place.
